Pty Limited ACN 003 718 518 trading as Hill Rogers Spencer Steer, Hill Rogers Spencer Steer Partners, and their associated entities (jointly Hill Rogers Spencer Steer Group) are committed to protecting the personal information of individuals. Hill Rogers Spencer Steer Group makes sure that all practices in relation to personal information comply with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (the Act), which regulates, among other things, the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.

On induction, our staff are advised of this policy and the importance of confidentiality.

Access and Correction
The Act allows individuals the right to access personal information held about them.
Hill Rogers Spencer Steer Group will take reasonable steps to correct information about you where the information is not accurate or complete.
