-
Business Enterprise
-
High Net Worth Individuals and Professionals
Under the graduate program successful applicants will be allocated to each division for approximately 5-6 months over an 18 month period. In addition, there will also be exposure to our Superannuation, Taxation, Corporate Secretarial and Financial Planning divisions.
During this time graduates will assist senior staff in controlling assignments and tasks in areas of compliance, consulting and management of client’s financial affairs. Graduates will also learn and develop essential skills of time management and formal presentation under the mentoring of experienced and skilled professionals.
Graduates will report directly to the Supervisor or Manager in the division to which the work has been assigned and in line with the structured timeline and defined milestones, including progress in the CA or CPA program.
After the initial 18 months, successful graduate program participants will then progress to the CA Candidate phase during which they will continue to receive more advanced experience levels while completing their professional studies.
In addition to first hand experience and personal and professional mentoring, we are also pleased to provide in-house technical workshops, support and benefits to candidates enrolled in the ICAA Chartered Accountants Program, salary and benefits packages and fantastic secondment opportunities.
Finally, we understand that success stems from a balanced lifestyle and that is why we are pleased to offer a wide range of social events throughout the firm and a friendly atmosphere within which to grow and prosper.
